No Metal Spikes:
Soft spikes are required to be worn on the golf course and clubhouse. The pro shop is setup to replace all metal spikes. If metal spikes are worn while on the golf course you will be asked to leave the course until soft spikes are installed.
Grille Room Hours:
Dining Room hours will be posted in specific areas in the clubhouse. During the off-season, the Grille Room will close and open seasonally at the discretion of management.
Harassment:
Boisterous and/or profane language will not be permitted any where on club property. Abusive treatment to a staff member will not be tolerated under any condition. Such conduct will be reported to management and disciplinary action will be taken. Management reserves the right to ask violators to leave the premises. Should a guest, at any time, have due concern for the conduct of a staff member, management should be notified immediately.
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the lined parking spaces provided. No vehicles will be allowed to park along the side of the club house, in front of the dumpster, or the cart path on top of the hill. The parking has been designed to accommodate all members and guests; while, following the codes of the Town. Guests must abide by the parking regulation by honoring reserved spaces and parking vehicles in lined areas only. Management reserves the right to tow vehicles, not parked properly, at the owners expense.
Personal Property:
The club is not responsible for the loss or damage to the personal property.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the Club's property
Alcohol Policy:
The Club staff will not serve alcoholic beverages to any one who is under age. The legal drinking age is twenty-one. The Club staff is trained in responsible serving practices. They will refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any intoxicated member or their guest.

GROUP OUTING AGREEMENT
The Undersigned, in consideration of NORTON COUNTRY CLUB (hereinafter referred to as N.C.C.) renting us a portion of their facilities and grounds for the purpose as outlined hereinafter, agree to the terms set forth below.

GUARANTEES:
We will confirm to N.C.C. a minimum number of players and we will be responsible to pay for the entire amount equal to the minimum number of players upon signing this contract. A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the date. A final guarantee for the food and golf must be given 7 days before the event.

Payment Method: The full payment must be received the day of the event minus your deposit. The client will collect the money individually and pay N.C.C. as a group the day of the event. Payment must be made in the form of a cashiers check or money order.
AGREEMENT
FIRST: We must give a minimum deposit of $200 and a confirmation of a minimum count before N.C.C. will secure a date and time.
SECOND: In the event that we cancel this agreement before the outing is held and N.C.C. is not able to re-book as set forth above with the same number of people and equal to the same total revenue of your event, N.C.C. will keep the entire deposit as liquidating damages.
THIRD: If food is involved, we will confirm the menu with N.C.C. at least 7 days in advance of the outing date. A final guarantee for food will be given 7 days before event.
FOURTH: It is understood and agreed that patrons of this will confine themselves to the designated area rented.
FIFTH: N.C.C. reserves the right to cancel agreements at any time where the rules of the club are not observed or when functions are of nature not acceptable to the club.
SIXTH: All beverages must be purchased from N.C.C., and patrons of these functions are not permitted to bring in their own supplies thereof. In accordance with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and N.C.C. alcohol policy, no alcohol or coolers may be brought onto the golf course.
SEVENTH: We will assume all responsibilities for any physical damages to the facility and for any personal injury to guests or employees of N.C.C. caused by acts, conduct, or the omissions of the undersigned or their guests.
EIGHTH: In the event that the golf course is in a non-playing condition due to weather conditions, golf may be canceled or delayed. However, the food portion will still have to be served. This will be decided that day.
NINTH: My signature indicated that I have read, fully understand and intend to comply with all policies and stipulations listed in the attached letter regarding golf outings at N.C.C.
TENTH: The full payment must be received the day of the event. We will collect the money individually and pay N.C.C. as a group.
ELEVENTH: If applicable, N.C.C. needs an accurate list of players that will be participating in the tournament three days in advance for the pro shop to assign carts. All golf related merchandise for prizes must be purchased through the Norton Country Club Pro shop unless prior approval is made with the golf professional.
