All golf related merchandise for prizes must be purchased through the Norton Country Club Pro Shop unless prior approval is made with the golf professional. Sponsored tee signs must be installed by the client/host.
Food and Beverage Service
The food and beverage offered in each package is listed below and on the following pages. Lunch options range from packed boxed lunches to the following deli buffet. Dinner options include buffet-style and sit-down service. All meals must be guaranteed at least 10 days to the event. Once the final guarantee is set the number of meals cannot be reduced. All meals served in the banquet room. No golf spikes are allowed in the banquet room.

House Rules
Harassment:
Boisterous and/or profane language will not be permitted anywhere on the Clubs property. Abusive treatment to the staff by a player or guest will not be tolerated under any condition. Should a player or guest at any time have due concern for the conduct of a staff member, management should be promptly notified.
Parking:
Parking is allowed only in the lined parking spaces provided. No vehicles will be allowed to park in unmarked areas. No parking will be allowed on any of the roadways on the Club's property or in front of the dumpster. Guests and visitors must abide by parking regulations, honor reserved spaces, and park in lined areas only.
Personal Property:
The club will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the personal property of players or the personal property of their guests.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the Club's property
Alcohol Policy:
No alcohol beverages will be allowed on the golf course. Players or guest under the age of twenty-one are not permitted to receive service or drink alcohol on the club's premises. Twenty-one is the legal drinking age, and we will not tolerate under age drinking.
The Club practices responsible serving practices. We will refuse service to any intoxicated player or guest. We will always show respect for the individual so as to minimize embarrassment, and our servers should be treated in the same fashion.

General Golf Course Rules
So your visit to the Norton Country Club will be a pleasant experience, we direct your attention to certain rules and regulations that apply to guest and visitors. We hope that by advising you of these rules in advance of your visit, any possible embarrassment will be eliminated.
1. No Metal Spikes allowed on the Golf Course, Soft Spikes only. The pro shop will have soft spikes for sale for those that would need them.
2. All golfers are expected to be properly attired. Proper attire specifically excludes the wearing of "short shorts", cut-off dungarees, tennis shorts, T-shirts, body shirts, dungarees and designer jeans. The Pro Shop Staff has been instructed to prevent improperly attired players from using the golf course. If you have any questions on this subject, please contact the Pro Shop before you visit, at 508-285-2400.
3. Golf cars are mandatory for all players. Neither the use of pull carts nor the carrying of your clubs is permitted. Also, you must be at least 16 years of age to operate the golf car.
4. To help preserve the golf course please: keep litter in its' place, rake bunkers, fix ball marks, and replace all divots. Keep golf cars on paths and obey all other golf car directions. No bottles, cans, or coolers will be allowed on the golf course. Always hit from between the tee markers and please do not remove the ball from the cup with the putter head. There is no practicing allowed on the course. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the golf course.
5. USGA Rules allow five minutes to look for a lost ball; please don't waste your time and others. If there is an open hole in front of you, your foursome is playing to slow. Please try to keep pace with the group in front of you.
6. Golf shoes are permitted in the Grille Room and Locker Room, but not in the upstairs Banquet Room.
7. The swimming pool is not for use by outside parties unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. All arrangements for scoring must be made through the Pro Shop prior to the outing date.

Stately trees and tricky water hazards create beauty and challenge on Norton's championship golf course, which plays to 6,546 yards (USGA Slope 137) from the back tees. Strategically bunkered greens and well-manicured tees and fairways make for an exciting test of golf for players of all abilities.

Golf Outing Agreement
The Undersigned, in consideration of NORTON COUNTRY CLUB (hereinafter referred to as N.C.C.) renting us a portion of their facilities and grounds for the purpose and number of guests as outlined hereinafter, agree to the terms set forth below:

Guarantees:
We will furnish N.C.C. with a minimum and maximum estimate of players upon signing the contract. We will be held to our minimum estimate listed below, and we understand that all tournaments must meet a 72-person minimum.

Agreement
First: We must give a deposit of $500 and confirm a minimum of 72 people as a minimum guarantee before N.C.C. will secure a date and time.
Second: In the event we cancel this agreement before the outing is held, we understand that N.C.C. will keep the entire deposit as liquidated damages.
Third: In planning our outing we will arrange the menu with N.C.C. at least four weeks in advance of the outing date. The final guarantee for food is required 10 days from the date of the event. The golf guarantee can be given 5 days in advance.
Fourth: We must pay in advance the guaranteed balance, binder by cash or check at least 3 days prior to the event. The remaining balances must be paid on the event date by cash or check.
Fifth: It is understood and agreed that patrons of this outing will confine themselves to the designated area rented.
Sixth: N.C.C. reserves the right to cancel engagements at anytime where the rules of the club are not observed or when the outings are of a nature not acceptable to the club. N.C.C. is not liable for the failure to complete this contract due to strikes, accidents or other causes beyond its control.
Seventh: All beverages must be purchased from N.C.C. and patrons of these outings will not be permitted to bring their own supplies thereof. In accordance with Massachusetts State Law and N.C.C.'s alcohol awareness policy, no alcohol or coolers may be brought onto the golf course. All alcohol not served from NCC will be confiscated. N.C.C. practices responsible serving practices. We will refuse service to any intoxicated player or guest.
Eighth: We assume all responsibility for any damages to the facility and for any personal injury to guest or employees of N.C.C. caused by acts, conducts, or omissions of the undersigned or their guests.
Ninth: We agree that if we breach this agreement and/or fail to pay any moneys due under the terms of this agreement, that we will pay to N.C.C. all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred by them to enforce any of the terms of this agreement.
Tenth: Ten days prior to the event we agree to inform the Pro Shop with information regarding long drive, closest to pins, and hole in one prizes. We agree to install all sponsored tee signs and remove them ourselves.
Eleventh: N.C.C. needs an accurate list of players that will be participating in the tournament three days in advance for the Pro Shop to assign carts. All golf related merchandise for prizes must be purchased through the Norton Country Club Pro Shop unless prior approval is made with the golf professional.
Twelve: In the event that the golf course is in non playing condition due to weather conditions, the tournament will be postponed or delayed. The meal portion will be served and held to the final guarantee.
Thirteen: My signature indicates that I have read, fully understand and intend to comply with all policies and stipulations listed in the attached letter regarding golf outings held at N.C.C. I further understand that these policies are in some cases from previous years.
Fourteen: N.C.C. will provide a cart per every pair of players. If more carts are needed for any other reason than accommodating a player, I acknowledge that I will be charged for any additional carts.
